Relationships can be complicated and sometimes the challenges we face are difficult to work through alone. You may be experiencing some issues or feeling that things just aren’t quite right.

Relationship counselling can help by giving you both the opportunity to speak about your difficulties to someone who is impartial and able to listen and support you towards a positive outcome.

It’s important to remember that attending couples counselling, you won’t be told what to do. Your sessions will provide a time for you to talk about areas that most concern you and interfere with your relationship, I will facilitate and bring about a resolution by helping you both communicate more effectively and reach your own conclusions under professional guidance.

Much of the work you do will take place within the counselling room, however, it’s likely that you will also complete specific tasks or discuss topics together, at home, between sessions.
